Redeeming your discount voucher
If you have received a discount voucher from us via email, you may use the discount code provided in that email for a set amount of times, depending on the discount provided.
To use a discount voucher, you must first add a product to your shopping cart on our website and proceed to checkout, here you will find details of your order along with shipping costs, VAT if applicable, and total for the goods in your cart. You will also see a coupon or discount redemption box, you must enter the code provided in the email you have received exactly as shown in order to receive your discount.
discounts are not applicable to shipping charges, only on the total value of the goods ordered. Discount vouchers are not valid on any special promotions or wholesale items, if you use a discount voucher for any of these items, we will cancel your order and refund you the amount paid at time of ordering.
